Create Your Account or Login

Configure Your Shop Profile & GSTIN
Go to Profile / Store Settings. Enter your official Shop Address, Contact Phone, and GSTIN (if GST registered). Check the "Show Tax Breakdown" box if you want CGST & SGST printed on thermal receipts.
Add Your Products & Food Categories
Navigate to Products or Stock Dashboard. Click + Add Product. Specify the Item Name (e.g., Masala Dosa, Cold Coffee, 1L Milk), Category, Selling Price, and optional Barcode. For retail stores, upload barcodes to enable instant scanner billing.
Set Up Your Thermal Printer
Go to Hardware. Select your receipt paper width: 2-inch (58mm) for compact thermal rolls or 3-inch (80mm) for standard full receipts. Click Print Test Receipt to verify flawless printing.
Punch Your First Bill!
Switch to Direct Billing (or Table Billing for restaurants). Tap product buttons to add items, pick the payment mode (Cash or UPI QR Code), and hit the green Save & Print button. Your bill is recorded in the Ledger instantly.

When creating or editing a product in Stock Dashboard, enter the barcode number (or scan it using a handheld USB/Bluetooth barcode scanner). When an item's stock count falls below 5 units, it highlights in orange so you can place supplier purchase orders in time.
No. You can create staff logins with restricted Cashier PINs. Cashiers can only punch bills, accept payments, and print receipts. Sensitive financial data such as total store profits, supplier purchase costs, and system configuration are restricted to Store Owner & Admin logins.

Yes! PortFactory uses real-time cloud synchronization. Any number of employees can log in on their own smartphones and manage separate tables simultaneously without conflicts.
No! In the Pay as You Use plan (₹11/business day), charges are ONLY deducted on days your business actually logs in and creates bills. On closed days, Sundays, or holidays, your charge is strictly ₹0.
Direct Billing (Counter Checkout)
Fast and straightforward billing for retail stores, grocery, bakeries, and take-away counters.
Select or Search Items
Click on product buttons on the screen or type the item name in the search bar. If you have a barcode scanner, simply scan the product barcode.
Adjust Quantity
Use the + and − buttons next to the item to increase or decrease the quantity, or click the number to enter the exact amount.
Apply Discount (Optional)
If giving a customer offer or festival discount, select a preset discount button or enter a flat ₹ or % discount.
Select Payment Method
Click Cash, UPI / QR Code, or Card. The total amount is calculated automatically including GST.
Click "Save & Print" or "Save Bill"
Hit the green Save & Print button. Your bill is immediately recorded in the ledger and printed on your thermal printer (or saved digitally if no printer is connected).
You can use Quick Bill for instant guest counter sales without pre-saving inventory items. It calculates total and GST on the fly!
Table Billing (Dine-in Restaurants & Cafés)
Track open tables, punch food orders, add running items, and settle bills when guests finish dining.
Choose an Available Table
Every business starts with 3 Default Tables (Table 1, Table 2, Table 3). Click on any white AVAILABLE table card to start an order.
Enter Customer Name (Optional)
When you click the table, you can type the customer's name (e.g., "Mr. Sharma") for easy identification.
Add Ordered Dishes
Select items from your food menu (e.g. Chai, Paneer Tikka, Thali). As items are added, the table turns Green (ACTIVE).
Add More Items Anytime
Guests can order more rounds anytime! Simply click their green table again and add more items to their running order.
Settle & Generate Final Bill
When the guests request the check, click Generate Bill, pick the payment mode (Cash/UPI), and print the receipt. The table resets back to Available for the next guest!
You have 3 default tables included free. You can expand up to 15 tables maximum with monthly AutoPay (₹90/month per table, cancel anytime).
Daily Ledger & Sales Reports
Clear visibility into your cash in drawer, UPI collections, daily totals, and bill history.
Check Today’s Sales
Go to Ledger to see today's total revenue, total GST collected, and total number of bills generated.

View or Reprint Any Bill
Click View on any past bill in the list to see item breakdown or print another receipt copy.
Cancel a Wrong Bill
If an employee punched a wrong bill, click Cancel Bill. It marks the bill cancelled with timestamp and reason, keeping your accounts 100% honest.
Every business's ledger is 100% private and isolated. Only your authenticated login can see your store's financial data.

Add products, set prices, record vendor purchases, and prevent running out of fast-selling items.
Add Your Products
Go to Products or Stock Dashboard. Click + Add Product. Enter Name, Category, Selling Price, and GST%.
Automatic Stock Deduction
Every time an item is sold on Counter Billing or Table Billing, the inventory count automatically decreases.
Purchase Entry (Stock In)
When you receive fresh inventory from your wholesaler/supplier, click Purchase Entry, choose the product, and enter the added quantity and purchase cost.
Low Stock Alerts
When an item's quantity drops below 5 units, it turns highlighted in orange on the dashboard so you know it's time to reorder.
You can upload product barcodes in Retail Products. Once uploaded, simply scanning the barcode at the counter pulls up the product immediately!
Discounts & Promotional Offers
Create customer discount rules to attract more buyers and reward regular patrons.
Create Discount Presets
Click Discounts in the navigation. Click + Add Discount.
Choose Percentage (%) or Flat Rupees (₹)
You can set discounts like 10% Off, 20% Festival Offer, or a flat ₹50 Off.
One-Click Application in Billing
During billing, the cashier can simply tap the discount button to subtract the amount instantly from the subtotal.
Discounts are automatically factored into taxable values so GST calculations remain 100% compliant with government rules.
